Whats a tasty drink that can replace soda using the south beach diet?

- Fruit: Most fruit and natural fruit juices, including apple, berries, cantaloupe, grapefruit, honeydew, oranges, pears, grapes, peaches, applesauce, (Cherries, plums and grapefruit lowest). You can drink any juices that have those fruits in it. Make sure you check the label though and don't get any with High Fructose Corn Syrup or Artificial Flavors! You can also drink a variety of herbal teas. (peppermint, green tea, rooibos, etc.)
- i dont know what the south beach diet is, but i know an awesome drink, blend: 1 apple blueberries strawberries pineapple blackberries ice little milk broccoli spinach some water according to how thick you want it whey protein (2 scoops) seems nasty but it seriously one of the best meal replacing/awesome tasting HEALTHY drinks Ive ever had seriously! i drink 2 a day!
