low-glycemic index diet?

If you need to be on a low-glycemic index diet what can or should you eat and drink? please name specific foods Im such a picky eater and i was just told I have PCOS and need to regulate my inslin levels

  1. You can eat all vegetables, meats, chicken, turkey, etc., many fruits, not too many bananas. What you absolutely need to avoid is: Sweetened soft drinks, like cokes, sprite, Sweets, like cakes, pies, cookies, desserts Good foods are: peas, broccoli, green beans, tomatoes, cauliflower, apples, pears, lean turkey, lean beef. You can also go to Google, and put in Glycemic Index, and get a complete list of foods and what the GI for each is. Good Luck and God Bless.
