low-glycemic index diet?
If you need to be on a low-glycemic index diet what can or should you eat and drink? please name specific foods Im such a picky eater and i was just told I have PCOS and need to regulate my inslin levels

- You can eat all vegetables, meats, chicken, turkey, etc., many fruits, not too many bananas. What you absolutely need to avoid is: Sweetened soft drinks, like cokes, sprite, Sweets, like cakes, pies, cookies, desserts Good foods are: peas, broccoli, green beans, tomatoes, cauliflower, apples, pears, lean turkey, lean beef. You can also go to Google, and put in Glycemic Index, and get a complete list of foods and what the GI for each is. Good Luck and God Bless.
