  3. I have the book The G.I. Diet (glycemic index diet). It has wonderful color coded charts in it. The green foods you can eat as much as you want, the yellow foods should be eaten only occasionally, and the red foods should be avoided. A super easy system with every food listed somewhere in the book. The author is Canadian, but the book is available in the US and Europe also.
