Where can I get a free comprehensive glycemic index chart?
links would be helpful. Thank you. very cool sites! Any with free GI diet plans? I am not diabetic (yes I have been tested) however I am currently redesigning my eating habits (diet) that revolve around the glycemic index. Y!Answers suggested this catagorey for my question.
