Has anyone followed the glycemic index diet?
What were your experiences with it? Did you lose weight ? Any information you can give would be really helpful! Thanks in advance!

- Those kind of diets r hard to stay on cause after a while u will get frustrated with it the best kind of diet is to eliminate soda eat fast food less like once a month drink lots of water eat lots of whole wheat products like bran flakes, whole wheat bagels, bread try to eat every couple of hours also that helps so u dont eat so much at one time.
