Cheesy Spinach 1 serving Ingredients 1 cup prewashed baby spinach 1 slice reduced or low-fat American cheese 1 teaspoon trans-free margarine Dash of salt Dash of hot sauce (optional) 1 chopped boiled egg (optional) Instructions Place spinach in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with wax paper. Microwave 3 minutes. Add cheese, margarine, salt, and hot sauce (optional) to spinach. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 1 minute or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from microwave and add chopped egg (optional). Enjoy immediately!
