Which is better to lose body fat the Glycemic Index diet or the low carb diet?

  1. I think the best thing to do is moderate your diet in a way that combines the two diet. I like Glycemic index better because it is more specific. But, chances are you are going to want to allow yourself some flexibility so you don't get cravings and ruin your diet. I would let myself have some cheats here and there.
  2. it doesnt matter, dont label your diet.. eat natural food, nothing processed, steamed veggies, grilled meat, fish.. WATER! also, eat a big breakfast, its the one meal of the day you dont have to worry about your calorie intake, you'll burn most of those calories throughout your day with regular activity..
