Glycemic index food list?

Last month I found a list online that listed foods by the glycemic index. It was divided for me into red, green, and yellow depending on the GI value. I cannot find it now!!! Does anyone know any links to this? I'm finding lists, but it's divided that easy, and I need to send it to my sister. If it's not that easy, her husband won't do it.
