Where can I find for free the Glycemic Index of alot of foods?

2. There are alot of indexes out there. I would check with the websites sponsered by WebMd or something like that. I have found that some of the indexes on the internet are incorrect.
3. Here's a great one from Prevention's on-line Magazine: http://www.prevention.com/article/0,,s1-4-62-658-2636-2,00.html It has more than one page listing different foods and their Glycemic index. Good Luck!
