Glycemic Index Help

 

GI & GL of Hominy Grits?

What are the Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load of one serving of Hominy and/or Corn Grits. This is my favorite breakfast food, and would like to know if I could integrate it into my weight management plan. I usually use the Quaker Instant brand, and haven't seen Grits in any of the list online. Serious answers only, please.
